Lili is a non-alcoholic beverage. But we’re here to show you that dry doesn’t have to be drab.

Lili is carefully crafted in small batches using fresh, real ingredients. Our process begins with pressing young, tart chardonnay grapes into a delicious juice and then adding ultra premium teas to create complex layers of flavor. Before we bottle, we add millions of small CO2 bubbles to bring your drink to life.

Like a perfect spring day — crisp, bright with a touch of sweetness and a pop of sparkle that turns any moment into a celebration.

You can drink Lili for up to two weeks after opening if you keep it in the fridge. But... it will lose its bubbles shortly after opening.

Like champagne, cold - straight out of the fridge or the ice bucket.

Lili loves dark, cool places but the refrigerator will do just fine. Like all good things, Lili won’t last forever. Enjoy within one year of purchasing (but who can wait that long?).

Lili is as real as it gets. We use organic ingredients as much as possible and we never use preservatives, artificial flavors and colors or added sugars. If it doesn’t come from the earth, it doesn’t go in our bottle.

We use only real food ingredients to make Lili. We do not add artificial flavors, artificial colors or sugar.  Here are the details of what's inside one serving (148g) of Lili:

Golden

Rose

calories: 25, carbohydrates: 6g, added sugar: 0g, sugar from fruit: 3g, sodium: 0g, protein: 0

Ruby

calories: 30, carbohydrates: 8g, added sugar: 0g, sugar from fruit: 5g, sodium: 0g, protein: 0

Lili has no added sugar. The sweetness of Lili comes from a splash of organic fruit that go into each bottle. Golden contains only g of sugar, Rose 3g and Ruby 5g. All numbers are per 148g serving.

We use teas to impart tannins to Lili which contribute to the unique flavor of Lili. Those teas also add caffeine: Golden  - 44 mg/serving, Rose - 51 mg/serving, and Ruby - 38mg/ serving . To put that in perspective, the average cup of coffee has about 100 mg/cup.

When we make verjus, the tart grape juice that goes into all Lili recipes, we add a small amount of sulfite to help preserve the freshness of the juice. The amount of sulfite in Lili is roughly 1/10th of the sulfite in a glass of table wine.
